Kish Kash has a deep of knowledge of music, fashion and urban culture with a record collection numbering in the thousands.
This passion for music led to his radio career starting as a co-presenter/DJ with the ‘Beats To The Rhyme’ rap show on Juice 107, later holding down radio shows on Ammo City (one of the first Internet radio stations) and Itch FM.
He’s also worked at some of London’s legendary Soho record stores Mr Bongo, Major Flavas & Scenario as well being hired by Dan Greenpeace for Bad Magic the Hip Hop subsidiary label of Wall of Sound.
He’s spun tracks at various private events including M.I.A.’s winner’s party for the ‘Mercury Prize’ with Diplo, Jade Jagger’s ‘Jezebel’ at Pacha, as well as at various clubs including Ministry Of Sound, Fabric, Bungalow 8 etc.
Kish is a former director of ‘Straight Up’ a streetwear distribution company where he worked with the likes of Jeff Staple, Mishka, 10 Deep etc.
He is also a renowned as an avid sneaker collector who owns more than 2,000 pairs, which has led to consultations and presentations for the likes of adidas, Nike, Puma, Jimmy Choo etc. Kish has also been featured in numerous British TV shows as an expert on kicks and fashion, various advertising campaigns for Foot Locker, adidas’s ZX Flux as well as the Nike I Am The Rules European TV commercial.
Kish is currently a DJ and co-presenter alongside Dan Greenpeace and Suzie Swann of ‘The All City Show’ on Soho Radio, Commercial Director for ‘Soleheaven’ one of the UK’s leading sneaker retailers and co-organiser of ‘Crepe City’ the UK’s biggest sneaker event.
